CIPD Annual Review: A year of change and continued progress

CIPD have released their annual review for the year ending 30th June 2015. Theyve seen a year of change and continued progress on their major priorities for the CIPD. In particular, they're working to become more agile and responsive to the needs of their members and customers, as well as create a culture in which their people (employees, volunteers and associates) are better able to collaborate, develop their own skills and help CIPD deliver on their purpose of championing better work and working lives.
