My first session at the CIPD L&D Show is this Wednesday on Implementing Blended eLearning and Offline Strategies for Greater Impact. Speakers include Tim Drewitt, Head of Online Learning for Vodafone as well as Alison Innes-Farquhar, Head of People at HC One.
With several new technologies introduced that have an impact on learning today and this trend set to escalate over coming years, there’s never been a better time to pick up tips to overcome the challenges of getting your employees to embrace new learning technologies.
But blending online learning to work hand in hand with our offline (workshop, classroom) learning to provide a seamless learning journey is key. I'm hoping to pick up some great advise in this session. You can follow my tweets @dpgplc from this event on Wednesday.
