So, I was sitting in a board meeting in my capacity as PA, the conversation turned to the future resource needs of the executive team. There was a big debate on resourcing for future needs (want) or waiting until the need arises (want becoming a need). Instead of concentrating on my minute taking, my mind wandered over to Insights, Strategies and Solutions and truly understanding the objectives of your senior team vs the objectives of the board. Funny how the brain works even on a Monday evening!There is hope for the ole grey cells yet;).
