  • This event looks great! Will there be any future events similar after work hours or on the weekends?

    • Thanks Adrienne. Great question. There will certainly future events and we're hoping to make these available at a wide variety of times. Weekdays is most likely, but yes I think there's scope in after and during work hours.

      Some questions for you to get me thinking....

      - What topics are you looking at that you'd most like to see?

      - What time of day works for an evening event and what days of the week do you think would do it?

      - For those that run during work hours, how likely would you say it is that you can gather a few others in your org together to gather around a PC and join one of these events as a team development session?

      Would love to hear your thoughts on those.

        Every opportunity to learn is a great opportunity - so thank you for facilitating these sessions!

        I would like to see topics surrounding Conflict Resolution,  Handling crucial conversations and Managing time. These are the first few that pop into my mind.

        I would say personally Wednesdays might work well - between 7pm and 9pm. For those who may have family obligations can ensure the little ones are tucked away or least preparing to do so :)

        As far as team development - I could discuss the option with my current team. Right now we are pretty hectic with recruitment and developing internal training for our management team... but not to say one day we may be able to do so!

          I had to make a tough choice yesterday with these events that may not go down well. I thought it best to give everyone the word of warning. But on the bright side, I think when you read that you'll see how I've made it the best I can ;-) Feel free to extend that offer to others.

          Also, I'm interested in your metion of the topic 'Managing time'. That's one that really fascinates me right now from a digital perspective. What's your thoughts on what would be useful things to gain from a session on that?
