This was the leading article on the radio this morning and I thought it was interesting in light of all the recent news about companies such as Sports Direct and employees not receiving the NMW.
Some interesting proposals for companies to publish information about pay gaps and the lowest paid within their workforces, it would be interesting to see how this would link with gender pay gap reporting.
Do you think Theresa May is right to tackle this, or is it just a few businesses which are potentially giving the rest a bad name?
