Given all the latest case law on employment status, ACAS has recently issued some guidance on employment status.
All very topical at the moment given the review about to be undertaken into this

On the back of the ACAS guidance I noticed that HMRC have just posted a brand new tool for assessing employment status for the purposes of PAYE.
I tried it out and frankly I found it a little confusing, would be interested to note what you think

Also when it got to the end and it stated that they could not determine employment status it said that a record of the entries had been retained for security purposes - yikes - which all sounded a little sinister to me!
Wondered what everyone else thought?
