Hi all

I saw this and thought it was a useful article which reconfirms the approach re covert recordings especially during adjournments for hearings.

It's one some of us may have had to put down to experience, I know I did, and I now always always adjourn elsewhere in a separate room as advised in the note.

Have any of you had to deal with covert recordings? with the advent of Smart Phones now they are very easy to achieve not only in hearings but also day to day meetings with management.
