Hi all
A request for some help, after taking a level 3 Certificate in HRP, I now work as an HR Administrator.
My predecessor used to track absence and sickness but the agreed Bradford factor levels where action was taken appear to have been lost.
Is there an agreed de facto standard? I know from my past as a line manager I have worked to a threshold where 6 single spells of self cert absence in one year triggered investigation but this was some time ago.
Any help would be much appreciated.
