I was wondering how many people out there find the CIPD Online Journals a valuable resource?
I recently wanted some information on the effectiveness of performance management systems to share with a client and I was pleased with how many academic articles there were on this topic. I ended up sharing research from the Harvard Business Review and I was able to provide the client with a different perspective in order that they could decide how they wished to approach this sometimes difficult topic.
Which ones would you recommend as a really good source of subjects for your assignments?
Please do share, there is so much information on the Internet it is good to have a credible source of academic work to access.
