Claims against employers fact sheet - a useful sumnmary

Morning all

This popped up on my LinkedIn feed and I thought it was a really useful summary by Cartwright King. It is written from the persepctive of the employee and advice for when making a claim.

A useful reminder of how Early Conciliation can also extend the timeframes for making a claim, and the fact that some employees may qualify for fee remission dependent on their individual circumstances.

Finally some interesting detail around claims to High Court and the timeframes for these and costs process.

Thanks Sarah. This is really useful and interesting. I wasn't aware of the cost for an employment tribunal. This could be a reason why some employees don't take their case further.
The initial process of making the claim is also interesting and not something I have ever come across before
