For anyone who might be responsible for Diversity training or awareness within their organisation I came across this video and thought it might be useful.
Whilst it's all set up and actors play the parts - the results are quite shocking - or are they all too predictable?
With the recent events in America this is all the more interesting but what does this tell us?
Whilst this is in certain area and small group size - is this reflective of people in general, does it highlight deep prejudice within society as a whole?
This video could be used as part of any diversity awareness training and used in a creative way to bring about discussion and debate.
