I was listening to this on the radio this morning, interesting to hear that the next but one strike will include withdrawal for emergencies.

What can HR do to get the parties back round the table?

Did you know that if you go to the list of members, the Members Online button will show you who is online right now? Why not say hello?
Did you know your local CIPD branch will put on relevant events that are free to CIPD members.
Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

HI Sarah,
I work for a Primary Care organisation and our doctors who GPs in training are not striking but feel very torn. They do wish to support their peers but are reluctant to take strike action. I really feel for colleagues working in trusts who will have to manage these issues. I feel quite lucky right now!
We do operate urgent care centres however we don't have any training doc's in these services.
