Hi all
I thought I would send the useful guidance note which I recently received from a local firm of employment lawyers.
It has some recently published guidance about GPs responsibility to inform the DVLA about a person's fitness to drive, but also more crucially about an employer's obligations to inform the DVLA and the consqeuences of not doing so.
