Hi all,

I am working on a project where I have to evaluate my organisation HR policies. I have to choose some places and than critically evaluate them for their alignment with the organisation business strategy and recommend changes accordingly. 

Any suggestions and tips and what I should be looking for or if anyone has completed any work specific to the above ? 

Any suggestion would do?

    Sounds like an interesting challenge are you harmonising multiple policies or are you being to asked to review specific stand alone policies?

    I guess I would start by separating out the ones which are purely for compliance e.g. whistleblowing and then look at the ones which could contribute to the overall strategy e.g. if employee wellbeing was part of the strategy you could look at reviewing their flexible working policies and family friendly policies.

    Are there any organisations who you could undertake some benchmarking against in your sector that may be a good start.
