I was just wondering if anyone had been on any form of training/webinars etc regarding HR Analytics that they would recommend?

Is there anything specifically you're looking at Kate? HR Analytics is such a big area.

Your HR systems *should* provide some data / reporting but it's then what do you do with etc.

Big data is a bit of buzzword at the moment but refers to using data to interpret trends and patterns to can be used to improve decision making

There is a useful report from CIPD on talent analytics and big data here

It might be useful and let us know of anything specific you're looking at
