I thought this was an interesting article and also that PwC have been reporting on the gender pay gap since 2014.
It certainly made me think about the benefits of transparency from a reward perspective.
Would be a great example to use when answering the Level RWM assignment and "Explain the significance of equity, fairness, consistency and transparency as they affect reward policies and practices".

What do you think do you think more companies should follow suit, and do you think this should be extended to other protected characteristics e.g. disability?
