Hi all

I was listening on the radio today and that the report on the Common's Select Committee findings about Sports Direct which you can read all about here:

The two agencies which the business works with have also come under fire.  It got me thinking so what was HR's role in all of this? and shouldn't they also be held accountable for the working practices? 

What role should HR have played between fulfilling the resource and commercial requirements of the business but also the ethical aspects of how employees are treated?

How should HR be attempting to change the culture of the business now????
