I am currently working on my UIN Assignment and I am using the case study of the City College within the CIPD level 5 unit. The issue the college is having is high turnover among the teachers. To conduct some primary research I would be interested to learn from any of you what your organisations turnover levels are and if you have any suggestions for retention activities. Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

Great post and I have found some information which may be quite relevant to the City College scenario as it is undertaken by an employer association for Colleges and Universitites and looks at retention strategies within these.
