In my opinion, great HR leader is to have ability and having high potential knowledge in all HR processes and great attitude to manage the expectations of the organization.

Intersting to note how well connected HR leaders are, some of the organisations I worked in it was hard to lift your head up out of the organisation. But now running my own business I know that networks and contacts are invaluable!
