Xpert HR

Hi there,

Can anyone let me know if they have signed up to Xpert HR for their services ie Benchmarking and if so how have you found it?

I just wonder if this is worth the monthly subscription.

i wish we had gone down the Xpert HR route but our previous HR manager always used Croner so i went with it. I will switch to Xpert HR next year though.

Hi Clare

I am afraid although a previous XpertHR user I never used the benchmarking services so apologies I can't help you there although my experience is that normally they are happy for you to trial the product for a certain time frame have you queried this with them?

Although I can highly recommend all the other aspects of XpertHR which I found an invaluable resource.

  Thanks for your response and I am going to do the 7 day trial but that won't unfortunately cover the benchmarking so I have asked for a demo . I know that to obtain some benchmarking stats it can be very expensive so it would be good to have some idea as to how good their information seems to be before committing to anything.
