I'm really enjoying listening to the Good Practice Podcast at the moment - it's dead easy to listen in the car so for the last few weeks I've been tuning in to listen to the recording on a variety of topics that are diverse and interesting.

Topics such as remote working, artificial intelligence, classic L&D mistakes, animation, 70.20.10 and the list goes on

The latest one I've listened to pays homage to the popular TV programme Room 101 where Paul Merton would invite guests on to the programme with objects or things that they would like to see the back of and make their case as to why this thing should never see the light of day again and be sent in to ROOM 101. Down the hatch!

So it put a smile on my face to hear the Good Practice team James McLuckie and Owen Ferguson re-create a L&D version. Both of them and their host Ross Garner brought 3 things to the discussion with their reasons for wanting to see the back of this thing related to L&D.

It is a great podcast and quite funny to hear the debate and challenges on why or why not these L&D things should never see light of day again.

You can listen to it via your browser here http://podcast.goodpractice.com/lds-room-101

Give it a listen...

Then let us know if you agree with what the decisions were, what would you consign to L&D's Room 101?
