I'm just putting this question out there to get feedback of what other L&D orgs are doing regarding training materials.
To give you some background I had previously ordered branded training materials like pens, note pads etc and just took them to each training session, usually in a suitcase (I was the L&D version of Dell boy)
Then the thing happened that we never expect it to and our building caught on fire, I would guess the branded note pads were a great contribution to the flames that tore through our roof.
Anyway, I'm now looking at new ways to help work smarter. I am recruiting a new home based product training (feel free to contact me if you are interested) and rather than have all the materials stuffed in someones wardrobe i'm looking to outsource the holding of the materials so a home based trainer would just order what they need online and it is sent directly to the customer.
I'm done some research and came across a company called Memeo https://www.mimeo.co.uk/solutions-for-training-and-learning-and-development/
Has anyone done anything similar, can they recommend any companies or actually should I be better off going back to the Dell Boy ways and not to worry because all home based trainers have a closet full of materials.
Your thoughts and advice would be much appreciated.

I have also found that participants are quite happy with a 'Bring your own device' approach where they simply need the Adobe PDF reader to download & view course materials such as workbooks etc.
Hope this is useful,
