Hi

I'm working on a project to create a pool of internal facilitators, who will facilitate as subject matter experts in their own areas, and longer term may also help to embed some of our core business wide courses (e.g. presentation skills). There are a huge number of Train the Trainer courses and I'd really welcome any recommendations for 1-2 day courses running in London/ the Midlands. I'm open to both accredited or non accredited courses - more important is that the course is inspiring, helps delegates to create interactive, fun sessions and supports them to be able to create training programmes that stick! Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Kind regards

Anna

  • Hi Anna,

I’d recommend speaking to Blake from Optimus Sourcing. I know his company well and they have provided excellent service over the years, have repeatedly found the correct training and always suggested options that are specific to the requirements. He will definitely be able to help you get a really good idea of the best options out there, without you having search around yourself.

You can contact him on 0845 519 7408 or get more info at www.optimussourcing.com.

    Hope that helps!

  • Hi Anna

I deliver these for QA training as an associate- take a look at their website www.qa.com & search Train the Trainer. Venues are all over with one a few in London (I recommend International House) & also one in Birmingham.
For a more robust & long term career investment I also deliver the CIPD Learning & Development Practitioner (LDP) programme level 3, in Birmingham as a facilitator for DPG, that's longer but only requires 4 face to face workshops & the rest is e-learning & webinars.

Feel free to ask more questions.
