The L&D Forum

The TJ Awards are back again this year with their award ceremony set for the Brewery, London on Tuesday 5th December. TJ Awards recognises the ingenuity, creativity, passion and hard work of learning and development professionals from around the world. The categories this year include best leadership programme, best change management programme, L&D team and professional of the year as well as a new category for 2017; best talent development programme.

Entry to the TJ Awards is completely free and straightforward - so there is no excuse not to enter and benchmark your best work against that of your peers. Debbie Carter, TJ’s editor in chief says: “We're looking for the brightest learning and development teams and people to tell us why they deserve to be recognised.

Take a look at our video from a couple of years ago on the Training Journal Awards and have a think about how you, your team and your organisation can benefit from scooping one of these sought after awards.

But don't take too long. The closing date for initial applications is just under four weeks away on 14th July
