If anyone's interested in taking a deep dive into evaluation the Kirkpatrick Bronze Certification is worth serious consideration.
It can be taken as a stand alone programme and is very popular with L&D professionals that want to effectively demonstrate the impact their learning interventions have on business performance (ROI/ROE)
