I wanted to see if anyone could signpost me - I'm looking for a short video clips to show in a 'Giving and Receiving Constructive Feedback' course. I have had a look on youtube but to be honest there isn't a lot of useful stuff on there!
Are there any useful sites that people use??

Did you know your local CIPD branch will put on relevant events that are free to CIPD members.
Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

Giving Feedback
The other thing is that you can always role model/play the different ways in which feedback can be given and is sometimes more authentic.
Or....how about making your own videos - using your smart phone to record some colleagues who role play some different ways of giving or receiving feedback.
That way you can tailor exactly what you need as you own the content

I don't know of any videos to direct you to, but want to try and help non the less :)
Possibly try doing a search for the 'praise sandwich' on youtube, fingers crossed you'll have more luck.
