Surprised not to see 'The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team' there. First book I asked our board members to read when I joined.
7 Habits and Good to great are on the bookshelf.
I have read Covey and it really is one of those books every one should read, not to evangelise over but to learn some solid principles like "Listen first to understand" simple to say but how often do we want to put our own ideas across first? Listening first (with intent to understand) will buy you the right to be listened to as well.
Go read.
