The DPG community was created to provide additional value to our qualification programs through three dedicated zones. The HR, L&D and Leadership zones bring you the latest thinking across a wide variety of topics and subjects. The Community has provided a space for professionals to share ideas, ask questions and learn from one another. In the last four years, it’s been a huge success with thousands of professionals getting involved, connecting, sharing and learning through great content & conversations.
We are always looking for ways to improve your experience and give you more fantastic content to develop your thinking to be more creative and innovative in your own organisations. This award winning formula is being extended in the form of a brand new zone that will focus purely on Employee Engagement. We have teamed up with Perkbox, the employee engagement experts to bring you dedicated resources such as videos, white papers, blogs and infographics to name a few. The Engagement Zone will go live on the 1st September and will be based on monthly themes.
Employee engagement is key to business success, happy employees make happy customers and HR and L&D have a key part to play in supporting organisations get this right.
