Hope you are well. I've just recorded a quick podcast on the sessions that I'm attending at the 2014 CIPD L&D Show in Olympia, London this week and what I think those topics mean to L&D.
It's been a useful exercise to think through why each session is important to L&D. It gives me a purpose for being at each session and what sort of things I need to pick up on when I'm there. I'm hoping to share as much of this as possible from the event on the community.
