A ground breaking 100% online CIPD Programme

A ground breaking 100% online CIPD Programme

At DPG we pride ourselves on creating a quality learning experience. An experience that not only helps you prepare for success during your qualification, but also gives you confidence and capability back in the workplace. We help people be the best they can be and progress in their careers, your success is our success!

Our existing programmes blend online learning and face to face workshops together to ensure you feel supported and connected throughout your learning journey. We’ve been recognised at prestigious industry awards for our approach to community learning and innovative methods in making the learning real through our case study organisations. Telling stories and creating real life experiences is key to learning transfer and application.

We have now taken all our experience and creativity of blended learning and applied it to a 100% online programme. We believe online learning doesn’t have to be a boring experience and have created an engaging and innovative programme using the latest techniques and learning methodology.

Let me introduce Becky

Becky is CEO of Zip HR – you can follow her on Twitter at @Zip_HR. As part of your learning experience you’ll join Zip HR as an HR consultant. You’ll work through your learning content whilst helping Becky with client meetings and challenges in an interactive Business District.

This approach means you’re in the middle of real life HR challenges and applying what you’re learning in real time. There are interactive client activities and scenarios across a range of business sectors that will help prepare you for your CIPD assessments. You'll work with the following organisations below in retail, manufacturing, finance, higher education and hospitality:

Not only is the CIPD content being brought to life in this interactive and immersive way the support you’ll receive on this 100% online programme is market leading

Meet Gary

Gary is the personal facilitator on the programme and will be your first contact for any queries. Gary will be joined by a team of specialist facilitators all of whom are experts in their field. They will be running regular live webinars to deliver highly interactive and relevant content, support your learning and sign post key activities as well as answering any questions you've got. The team will be there to support each step of your journey with support and encouragement.

The programme is being delivered on one of the latest and technologically advanced learning systems which helps you access & track your learning, capture CPD and manage your time effectively. It’s everything you need to make you online studying a success.

We really excited that this first cohort goes live on Monday 3rd October and that interest in the programme has been massive. We'll be delivering a number of webinars over the next few weeks to bring the programme to life so stay tuned.

If you want to speak to a member of the team about a place on the next cohort then please do get in touch on  0330 660 0220 or email CIPD@dpgplc.co.uk
