Sitting down last night to make a start on the DPP participant pack, glass of red wine in hand, I have to say I felt quite the intellectual! Note to self: do not try studying on a Friday night when you are tired. In fact, do not try studying on a Friday night full stop. You will not cope well with the technical difficulties presented by your laptop, nor will you be able to resist checking facebook to see what your friends are up to. Lesson number one, complete!
So today is a new day and I'm really looking forward to getting started. I know the next 10 months are going to be challenging, but I also know they will be extremely rewarding.
So what does it mean to be a HRM professional? Time to find out......!

Great to see you get underway after chatting for a little while and it's great to see that enthusiasm. You're going to have a great support network around you over the next 10 months and I'm excited for you as I know it's a very rewarding journey and one that will help you grow and achieve what you want to achieve.
I hope you write a few more blogs to let us share your journey with you as it's a great reflection tool and helps the learning process no end. Anyway don't want to disturb you from your studies....keep up the good work
