Some stories are just worth sharing and this is one of them. Well, a poem actually. I wasn't at the CIPD NAP 16 event a few weeks back, but following the hashtag on Twitter, I spotted a lot of love happening for a particular ignite session that ran. Gary Cookson delivered his session on Creating Amazing Places delivered as a poem he'd wrote. Not being there was a shame, but I got my head together with Gary and we figured out a way of re-creating that session to bring it to you. There's plenty in there that makes it a worthwhile listen for anyone involved in working with people - yep that's all of us!
