To bring you the latest in employment law updates and relevant stories, DPG have joined forces with Simpson Millar to bring you a regular slot on a range of employment law related topics. Each month David Hession will be writing on a subject that you will find useful as well as opening it up for your suggestions on topics.

David Hession

David Hession is a Solicitor in Employment Law for Simpson Millar, and works closely with employees and employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.

Prior to his time at Simpson Millar, David trained with a Legal 500 firm and has since spent a number of years working for a local authority and in private practice.

Experienced in dealing with disciplinary issues, grievances, TUPE, equal pay claims, redundancy issues, maternity rights, and discrimination issues, David is passionate about securing the best outcome for his clients and prides himself in offering jargon-free practical advice.

David regularly presents and hosts seminars on contemporary employment law issues. He has also has written numerous articles on HR end employment law topics for various publications.
