They're used in a variety of ways including welcoming new participants to their programme, supporting face to face workshops, keeping our <a href="https://www.dpgplc.co.uk/courses-qualifications/human-resources/cipd-human-resource-management-certificatediploma-online-programme/" target="_blank">Online HR Management Programme</a> personable and interactive and providing additional support.</p>
<p>Whilst it varies from group to group our experience tells us that as many as half of participants on our programmes haven't experienced a webinar before. Our facilitators play a vital role in helping people to be comfortable in this online environment using the technology as an enabler to great conversations and effective learning.</p>
<p>To support those on our programmes further, we've dug out some footage from the 1940's (ish) which provides some useful tips and advise on getting started with webinars. Take a look at the short video here.</p>
