This week we celebrated the one-year anniversary of our #LoveCPD Spotlight series, a monthly online magazine style downloadable summary of the key discussions and content on the DPG Community each month. In this post, we’ve pulled together all the editions over the past year so that you can access them all in one place. The concept was created originally by Lucy Bolton who kicked off the series this time last year. The first edition included content on leadership qualities, flexible working, work burnout and research from Towards Maturity. Since then, each month has featured key areas of discussion and focus from the community bringing in external research as well as polls and contributions from our 8,000 members. The series provides the latest and greatest content to help individuals in the profession of HR and L&D develop. 

Lucy has been joined by the rest of the community team who have helped choose topics of focus, supported with the production of some of the editions and played a part in sharing this content far and wide. To mark the occasion, we took some time to decorate Lucy’s desk as a fitting tribute to the hard-work put in.
