Learning at Work Week

Learning at Work Week

Learning at Work week is next week from 15th to 19th May. Organised by the Campaign for Learning, the annual event aims to put a spotlight on the importance and benefits of learning and development at work. Each year the event has a theme and this year it’s about Curiosity and Creativity.

Everyone can get involved with this initiative. There’s a variety of ideas of activities that you could run in your organisation. It’s not just about one week out of the year though. Just following what happens next week will more than likely give you some inspiration and ideas for how you can build a learning culture in your organisation every week of the year.

You can find more information on the official website at www.learningatworkweek.com and join the discussion on Twitter using hashtag #NLAWWeek

Here on the DPG Community, we’d love to hear any stories you have to share on what you’ve been up to. Comment below...

In the meantime, I had the pleasure of catching up with Julia Wright, National Director for the Campaign for Learning to find out more and talk about how we can all get involved with this year's Learning at Work Week.

  • Hi Ady

This sounds really good, I must admit I haven't heard of 'learning at work week' but it sounds brilliant :) I shared this post with my Manager and hopefully we as L&D team will do something interesting together :)

    Thanks

    Monika
