Learning at Work Week

Learning at Work Week

Learning at Work week is next week from 15th to 19th May. Organised by the Campaign for Learning, the annual event aims to put a spotlight on the importance and benefits of learning and development at work. Each year the event has a theme and this year it’s about Curiosity and Creativity.

Everyone can get involved with this initiative. There’s a variety of ideas of activities that you could run in your organisation. It’s not just about one week out of the year though. Just following what happens next week will more than likely give you some inspiration and ideas for how you can build a learning culture in your organisation every week of the year.

You can find more information on the official website at www.learningatworkweek.com and join the discussion on Twitter using hashtag #NLAWWeek

In the meantime, I had the pleasure of catching up with Julia Wright, National Director for the Campaign for Learning to find out more and talk about how we can all get involved with this year's Learning at Work Week.
