Here's some information about Katherine in her own words:
"CIPD student having started Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management looking for online HR volunteer work. I am currently based in Brisbane, Australia for the next 10 months then will be emigrating back to the UK next year. All volunteer work would have to be 100% online. I'm not currently in an HR job and I want to experience real-time work and learning at the same time to put my learning into practice. I am pretty flexible in the number of hours required per week - this can be discussed accordingly"
Maybe you have been tasked with setting up a HR department or function and could use another set of hands. I'm sure that Katherine and Elizabeth would be able to help and they'd get to talk about the experience on their CVs - everybody wins.
