Well, feeling very studious:). Have finished 2.5 hours of study on a very rainy Sunday morning in the office. I find being out of the house much easier, far less to distract me.
I have managed to finish chapter 1 of developing myself as an effective practitioner and have made a good start into chapter 2 so feeling positive. I have also started creating my own HR profession map, I really have to recommend this, if you can do it, please do. The recommendations it gave me on Insights Strategy and Solutions is definitely going to help me with my CPD. It does take time, so I will be completing this over the next few months, but it is applicable to some of the questions and thoughts the paper asks you to note and can really help focus the untrained mind:).
Next study day is Wednesday, having a plan of my study time is really helping me stay on track. Happy days.
