During the November 2014 broadcast of Learning Now TV, Kate Graham joined Colin Steed to talk about www.mylearningworx.com/ which is described as the UK's first crowd-sourced hub for online learning. It's a powerful, cost effective resource that offers a whole library of courses and resources to develop yourself in and outside of work. It also allows users to turn their knowledge into online courses very easily which they can share with the world. In doing so, the courses that are created can be provided free to the users of www.mylearningworx.com/ or sold to generate additional revenue.

I joined My Learning Worx almost straight after the programme to have a quick sneak peak. I was amazed by how many courses are on there spanning a whole variety of topics in and out of work. Kid in a sweet shop sprung to mind so I'll definitely be using that for some of my development going forward. Who knows, I might even have a stab at building a course on there too. Well worth checking out.

You can hear more from Kate Graham on the November 2014 episode of Learning Now TV by visiting the past programme section and of you can of course see more about www.mylearningworx.com/ on their website too.

But for now, here's a great little video clip that explains what it's all about. Enjoy
