We are always looking for ways in which we can improve our ways working. I have been using Agile methods for some time and worked with external providers for software development.
I recently undertook some research to bring an agile framework into our workplace and found that there were a number of different ones we could use:
- Kanban
- Extreme Programming (XP)
- Disciplined Agile Delivery
- Scrum
- Adaptive Software Development (ASD)
I chose to look further into Scrum as I felt this was an all-rounder that could be used for system development right through to content design.
