Last week, I posted an article on a comment we'd picked up in research we've been looking at on how organisation's treat returning to work Mums. It has received a lot of interest from people.
Amongst the conversations we've been having with people, we've picked up on some themes in the ideas people are coming back with on how to support returning to work Mums. They are (in no particular order):
- Flexible working times
- Remote working
- More paid maternity leave
- Onsite creches
The question I have for you is what experience do you have in your current or previous organisations of these working? What are the benefits? How realistic are they to implement? What other initiatives are you aware of to support returning to work mums?
