This is my first proper post, so I thought I would start with an adding an article to that I wrote for the Lumesse Curve Magazine in 2018. In this article, I talk about my experiences while I was working for npower as their Learning Technologies Manager. The highs, the lows, successes and some of the mistakes made along the way.
