Test your Emotional Independence

Test your Emotional Independence

Emotional Independence is the ability to be self-directed, to control thinking and actions and to be free of emotional dependency on others.

Independent people are able to make important decisions on their own.  They will consult with other people to seek out and consider their opinions before making the decision for themselves.  Independent people are able to function autonomously.  They are not reliant on others to satisfy their emotional needs

The ability to be independent depends upon your degree of self-confidence and inner strength, and your desire to meet expectations and obligations without becoming confined by them.

How emotionally independent are you?
