CIPD Professions for the Future - Profession Map

So, the long awaited all new CIPD profession map is out today!  If you are a CIPD member you can look at the detail on the CIPD website, but if you’re not or you want the highlights then here’s a summary for you and you can learn about how to get CIPD qualified at the DPG website :

‘The new Profession Map sets the international benchmark for the people profession’ and ‘captures what excellence looks like’. ‘Its fundamental purpose is to champion better work and working lives.  Everyone connected to the world of work has a role to play in delivering this, which is why...'purpose'... sits at the heart of the new Profession Map.’

'The new Profession Map won’t tell you what to do, but it will show you how being principles-led, evidence-based and outcomes-driven leads to better decisions in any situation.'
