Top Tips from Learning & Skills Conference

One of the things it's great to see more of at Conferences & Exhibitions is 'knowledge exchange' sessions. Where at different times of the day people from both conference and exhibition can come together to meet new people, network and exchange ideas on different subjects. Towards Maturity ran a couple of this exchange sessions and had one in particular running throughout the day called 'How Do I and Top Tips"

Different questions were posted up on a big wall and during these get to together's people were encouraged to add post its with there ideas on 'How to'......There were some great topics and I took some photos of the walls and all the post it's to shared within this Community to hopefully spark some ideas and spread the knowledge even further.

So here are the "How Do I" topics and the photo of the post its for each one. I'd love to hear your thoughts and answers around the "How to" from you experiences....post any ideas in comments below

Hi - I will be working on ways to introduce and create Fertility support at workplace - I am exploring what the EAP offers but this is specific need - has anyone done this in their org? Any advise or tips will be much appreciated, thanks.
