Webinar - Smarter Decisions for Stronger Performance - 24th July 1pm

Hi everyone,

This Friday (24th July at 1pm) we have joined forces with Towards Maturity to deliver a FREE 1 hour webinar with Laura Overton (Towards Maturity MD) who will share their findings from the latest Towards Maturity benchmark reports. The data the benchmarks have provided give a fantastic insight in to how HR and L&D teams can use data to make smart decisions that lead to improved performance.

L&D and HR need to become better business partners and consultants within the organisations we work in. This can only happen if we are well informed and can speak from a position of trust and credibility. The data doesn't lie!

Today's HR and L&D leaders are faced with a myriad of choices on how to modernise their learning & performance strategy. With new expectations from their staff and their organisation, new models and tools, our thinking is being constantly reshaped and challenged. When time and budget are tight, how can we make smart decisions that improve both the performance of our organisation’s employees and our learning and development teams?

Following this webinar you will be able to:

- Identify what tools and methods will make a difference to your learners’ performance
- Make smart decisions that will improve your alignment and engagement
- Establish a framework for modernising learning more effectively
- Clarify the L&D skills you need to sustain success

To register for this fantastic webinar all you need to do is click the link and register and you'll receive an email with the details. Then at 1pm on Friday just click the link and join us for what promises to be a interesting and informative session.

Hope to see you there and if you have any questions about the session and why you should attend then let us know

  • Yes thank you both, it was a very enjoyable hour, which flew by. I meant to ask at the time, will we be receiving the slides? I do hope so. I was trying to make notes but couldnt keep up:)
Lots of useful and interesting information.
  • Thank you Laura and Mike for a fascinating and thought-provoking webinar today.
  • I have signed up for this webinar, just hope I can dial in ok. I have just completed this year's benchmark survey, although I am unable to answer many of the questions because our compliance and technical training is in a separate department to our L&D.

I have recently re-read the 2013 Towards Maturity report "Reinvigorating Compliance Training" as my IBI project is around compliance training. I think Laura could be a very useful person to talk to!

    • Hi Alison,

If you have any questions then post them here and we can get Laura to talk about it on the webinar. We will have time to discuss things and we'll have the ability to ask questions and get Laura's thoughts no matter how specific they are :)

      Mike

  • Looking forward to it.

    • Excellent I'm sure you'll find it interesting Sheetika
