What are your 2017 CPD commitments?

What are your 2017 CPD commitments?

Last month, Mike Collins shared a useful slide deck on designing your career in 2017. The new year milestone each year often gets people thinking about what they might do differently or indeed what they will continue because it’s worked so well for them so far.

Here at DPG, our team has been considering three things we are setting out to achieve in our approach to our own personal development this year. Learning new skills, carrying out more research and trying new techniques have been some of the things we’ve come up with.

So how about you?

When it comes to your own Continued Professional Development have you had any thoughts?

Many of you are already progressing through our CIPD programmes but what commitments have you been thinking about outside of this formal learning?

I’d be interested to hear your thoughts. If there were three things you will commit to for your CPD this year, what would those be?
