Hi everyone
I want to take the opportunity to explain who I am and my role within DPG. I'm part of the DPG team and I am responsible for Community Management and Online Learning. I'm here to work and support the facilitators and yourselves in using this community to help your studies.
My aim is to create a thriving community that provides a real support network of people developing as L&D & HR professionals.
As more groups join, the more conversations, content and interactions there will be and it will develop in to a great resource and place to come to connect and build relationships with others who are on the same journey as yourselves. This won't stop when you gain your qualification this is a community of practice that will support your continuous professional development.
