At DPG on Monday, we had a theme day - as you can imagine the theme was Easter. And why not?
We held nominations for the 'Good egg of the Day'.
We held an 'Easter Eggheads' quiz.
We had an Easter themed selfie contest
There was an 'Eggstravaganza Lunch'
There was also activities within certain teams to encourage performance and reward high achievers.
Desk decoration and Easter bonnets were very much encouraged.

All in all, it was a bit of fun - and (the reason for the post) it all helps with engagement.
